Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the BillingHub services provided by Evax LLC ("Company", "BillingHub").

This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service.

1. Permitted Use

You may use the Service solely for lawful business purposes in accordance with:

• this Acceptable Use Policy;
• the Terms of Service;
• the Data Processing Addendum (DPA);
• all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Prohibited Use

The following list is non-exhaustive. You may not use the Service to:

• Process or store Special Categories of Personal Data as defined under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR Article 9), unless explicitly authorized in writing by Company.
• Upload, transmit, or store content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or fraudulent.
• Use the Service to violate applicable laws or regulations, including data protection, privacy, anti-spam, or consumer protection laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, bypass safeguards, or otherwise disrupt the integrity, security, or availability of the Service.
• Use the Service to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models using personal data, unless explicitly permitted in writing by Company and supported by a lawful basis.

3. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• the legality, accuracy, quality, and content of all data you submit to the Service;
• ensuring you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to process such data;
• complying with applicable data protection, privacy, and electronic communications laws.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

Company reserves the right, but does not have the obligation, to:

• monitor use of the Service to assess compliance with this AUP;
• investigate suspected or actual violations;
• suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of this AUP, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.

Nothing in this AUP shall be construed as an obligation for Company to actively monitor all customer activity.

Company may take enforcement actions without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, you must promptly notify Company by contacting support@billinghub.online.

6. Changes to This Policy

Company may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

7. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service, in accordance with the Terms of Service.
