Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum ("DPA"), are the entire agreement ("Agreement") between Evax LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 1914 Thomes Ave Suite 2 #5496 Cheyenne, WY 82801, USA ("Company", "We", "Our", "Us") and you ("You" or the "User"). These Terms govern Your use of our web pages and services located at billinghub.online (collectively, the "Service").
By (a) purchasing access to the Service through an online ordering process that references this Agreement, (b) signing up for a free plan for the Service through a screen that references this Agreement, or (c) clicking a box indicating acceptance, you agree to be bound by the Agreement.
If you do not agree with or cannot comply with this Agreement, then you may not use the Service.
2. Communications
By creating an Account, you agree to receive communications from us. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link or contacting support@billinghub.online.
3. Purchases
If you purchase any product or service ("Purchase"), you may be required to provide billing and payment information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information submitted is accurate.
We may use third-party payment processors subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Invoice Credits
Invoicing is sold as credits, purchased in advance. Credits do not expire and do not renew automatically; purchasing them creates no recurring charge to your payment method.
One credit is consumed at the moment an invoice leaves draft status — when it is issued, or when it is first saved in any other non-draft state, including as paid. This occurs once per invoice, and it occurs whether or not that invoice is ever emailed to a recipient.
Creating, editing and storing draft invoices is free and unlimited. Sending, or re-sending, an invoice that has already left draft status consumes no further credit.
An invoice that has left draft status cannot be edited, and the credit consumed for it is not restored. Credits are otherwise subject to Section 8.
4. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions
Promotions may be governed by separate rules. In case of conflict, promotion rules apply.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
You authorize us to charge applicable fees to your payment method.
If payment fails, we may issue an invoice requiring manual payment.
6. Free Tier and Free Trial
We may offer a free tier or free trial at our discretion.

Free Tier access is subject to limits and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Free Trial
Free Trials may require billing information and convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled.
7. Fee Changes
Subscription fees may change with reasonable prior notice.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
9. Content
You are responsible for all message content and data you transmit through the Service.
You represent that all required consents have been obtained.
You retain ownership of your content; we process it solely to provide the Service.
We may monitor content for compliance with law and policy.
10. Prohibited Uses
Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
11. Analytics
We may use third-party analytics providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
A current list of subprocessors used in connection with the Service is available upon written request.
12. No Use By Minors
The Service is intended for users at least eighteen (18) years old.
13. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
14. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content are the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
15. Copyright Policy
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid infringement claims.

17. Feedback
Feedback may be used by the Company without restriction.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Wyoming without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
24. Amendments
Continued use constitutes acceptance of amended Terms.
25. Waiver and Severability
Invalid provisions do not affect remaining Terms.
26. Logo Permission
Customer grants Company a limited right to use its logo for reference purposes.
27. Acceptable Use
Use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
28. Acknowledgement
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
