Accessibility Statement
Evax LLC ("Company", "we") wants everybody who sends or receives an invoice through billinghub.online to be able to use it, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or reduced motion.
1. The standard we work to
We work towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, the standard the European Accessibility Act refers to through EN 301 549.
BillingHub is partially conformant: some parts do not yet fully conform, and they are listed below. We have not had an independent accessibility audit; this statement is our own assessment.
2. What we do
- Every page declares its language, and every form field has a programmatic label.
- Pages use one main heading and do not skip heading levels, so the outline can be navigated.
- A Skip to content link is the first thing the keyboard reaches on public pages.
- Links, buttons and form fields show a visible focus ring when reached from the keyboard.
- On public pages, text meant to be read is never set smaller than 18 pixels.
- Animations are switched off when your system asks for reduced motion.
- The cookie banner's two answers are the same size and in the same row, and declining is one press.
Several of these rules are checked automatically each time the site is built, so a change that breaks them fails before it is released.
3. Known limitations
- Invoice PDFs are not tagged PDFs. A screen reader reads their text in layout order, without table or heading structure. A seller sees the same document as a web page while editing it; a client who needs it in another form can ask the seller, or us.
- The signed-in workspace has had less accessibility review than the public pages.

If something on BillingHub stops you from doing what you came to do, tell us at support@billinghub.online. Say which page and what happened, and, if you can, which browser and assistive technology you use. We reply to every message, and where we cannot fix the barrier quickly we will help you complete the task another way.
5. Changes to this statement
We review this statement when the parts of the Service it describes change, and at least once a year.
