Influencer Invoice Template
Posts per platform, usage rights, paid usage and exclusivity — a brand deal billed line by line. Free PDF.
A brand deal looks like one fee and is really four things: the content, the right to reuse it, the right to run ads through your handle, and the categories you agreed to stay out of. A content creator invoice that says only "sponsored campaign" leaves the agency's accounts team nothing to match against the contract — and leaves you nothing to point at when the brand keeps running your video after the term ends.

How to invoice as an influencer
What to put on an influencer invoice
- Each deliverable on its own line, named by platform and format — a Reel, a TikTok and a Story set are three things
- The campaign or insertion order reference the agency gave you, so accounts payable can match it
- Usage rights as a separate line, with the channels and the term written out
- Whitelisting or paid usage, priced separately from organic posting
- Exclusivity: the product category and how long you stay out of it
- The revision rounds the brief included, and the posting window you agreed
Questions
Who do I invoice — the brand or the agency?
Whoever signed the agreement with you. On most campaigns run through a talent or media agency, that is the agency, and it pays you on its own terms whether or not the brand has paid it yet. Put their campaign reference on the invoice; without it the invoice tends to sit unmatched.
Should gifted product appear on the invoice?
Not as payment. Product sent for the content is not a fee and does not reduce one, so the invoice bills the agreed cash amount in full. If the deal was product-only, there is nothing to invoice — which is the reason to agree a fee before anything ships.
When should I send it?
When the deliverables have gone live, with links to each post, unless the agreement splits payment into a deposit and a balance. Agencies count their payment terms from the day they receive a correct invoice, so a late or incomplete one pushes the whole clock back.

About the free invoice generator
Is this invoice generator really free?
Yes. There is no fee, no trial period and no watermark on the PDF. Nothing on this page requires a credit card.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Fill in the form and download the PDF directly — there is no sign-up and no login for this tool.
What file do I get?
A standard PDF, ready to attach to an email or print.
Can I add my own logo and bank details?
Yes. The seller section accepts a logo image and bank transfer details, which are printed on the invoice so your client knows how to pay you.
Is my data stored anywhere?
Nothing leaves your browser except when you download a PDF or save the invoice to an account. A draft is kept locally in your browser so it's still here if you come back, but there is no account behind this page and nothing is ever sent to our servers until you choose to.
Can I use this for any currency or country?
Yes. Choose any currency and country for either party — the totals and formatting follow your selection.
