Portable Toilet Rental Invoice Template
Units by type, servicing frequency, delivery and event hire. Free PDF, no account.
Portable sanitation is billed on two clocks: how long the unit sits there and how often someone services it. Those are separate charges and separate costs, and a construction hire serviced weekly is a completely different product from a weekend event with two services in three days.

What to put on a portable toilet rental invoice
- Units by type — standard, deluxe, accessible, hand-wash station — and how many
- The rental period, and whether it is by the month, week or event
- Servicing frequency, counted, since this is where the real cost sits
- Delivery and collection, which are charged per trip
- Additional services called out mid-hire, at their own rate
- Accessible units, where the site or event required them
Questions
Why is servicing billed separately from rental?
Because it is a truck and a driver visiting the site, and the frequency is what the customer chooses. A unit on a busy site may need servicing twice a week and one on a quiet site monthly, at the same rental.
Is an event hire priced differently from construction?
Yes, and it should look different on the invoice. An event is a short hire with tight delivery windows and often a service mid-event; construction is a long hire with a routine. Charging the same way for both loses money on one of them.
