Pest Control Quote Template
Target pest, treatment plan, products by label and the re-treatment promise. Free PDF, no sign-up.
A pest control price follows an inspection, and the inspection is what makes it a quote rather than a guess: the technician has identified the pest, found the harbourage and measured the linear feet to be treated. What the document has to add is the shape of the programme — an initial treatment plus a follow-up schedule — and the guarantee that sits over it, because clients buy the absence of a problem rather than the visit.

What this quote commits you to
- How long it stands
- 30 days from the inspection, because an inspection older than that no longer describes the property.
- What it does not cover
- Structural repair to damaged timbers, exclusion carpentry beyond the penetrations listed, wildlife trapping, and any fumigation requiring a tent.
- What would change the price
- Activity found in a second structure on the lot, or a treatment that has to be repeated because the preparation sheet was not completed.
- How the client accepts it
- Sign the treatment agreement, which carries the product labels and the re-entry interval the household needs to observe.

What to put on a pest control quote
- The target pest, identified rather than described
- Findings from the inspection: harbourage, entry points, conducive conditions
- The treatment plan: initial service, follow-ups, and the interval between them
- Products by name with their EPA registration, and the re-entry interval
- Interior, exterior or both, and the linear feet or square footage treated
- The guarantee: free re-treatment inside what window, and on what condition
- Preparation the client must do before the technician arrives
Questions
Why does the quote name the products?
Because the household is going to live in the treated space. Naming the product and its re-entry interval answers the question every client with children or pets is already asking, and it is the difference between a professional document and a price on a card.
How should the guarantee be worded?
As free re-treatment inside a stated window, conditional on the preparation and access the client agreed to. An unconditional guarantee against reinfestation is a promise about the neighbours' property as much as this one.
Is the initial service priced differently from the follow-ups?
It usually should be, and separating them makes the programme honest. The first visit carries the inspection, the treatment and the materials; a quarterly follow-up is a different amount of work at a different price.
About the free quote generator
Is this quote generator really free?
Yes. There is no fee, no trial period and no watermark on the PDF. Nothing on this page requires a credit card.
What is the difference between a quote and an estimate?
A quote is a fixed price you are offering to hold, and it is binding on you once the client accepts it. An estimate is your best projection of the cost and can move if the job does. If the scope is not settled yet, send an estimate instead.
Is a quote legally binding?
Once a client accepts it within the period it stands, a quote generally forms a contract at that price — the details depend on your jurisdiction and on what the document itself says. That is why the price, the scope and the exclusions all belong in writing, and why the document prints the date the offer expires.
How long should a quote be valid until?
Thirty days is the common default, and two weeks is sensible when materials prices are moving. Whatever you choose, state it on the quote: an offer with no expiry is an offer you have made for ever.
Can I raise the price after the client accepts?
Not unilaterally, which is the point of quoting rather than estimating. What you can do is price the variations the client asks for afterwards, provided the quote said what was and was not included.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Fill in the form and download the PDF directly — there is no sign-up and no login for this tool.
Can the client accept the quote online?
Not from a downloaded PDF. Saving the quote to an account gives it a link the client opens and answers on, and the acceptance is recorded against the document rather than living in an email thread.
Can I use this for any currency or country?
Yes. Choose any currency and country for either party — the totals and formatting follow your selection.
